Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks across properties. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and ensure safety and code compliance while maintaining property grounds and common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant units, performs pre-move inspections, and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains inventory and documents parts usage and reorders as needed.
• Supports grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and basic repairs.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows OSHA and safety requirements.
