Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform mechanical and technical tasks ensuring property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes diagnosing defects, completing repairs, occupying with preventative maintenance, and supporting cost-control initiatives.

The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for varied shifts and weather

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• OSHA/safety training and state/local requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors as needed.
• Track and manage materials, inventory, and re-ordering with supervisor notification.
• Document work performed to ensure proper tracking and reporting of service requests.
• Assist grounds and common areas maintenance and perform general cleaning tasks as required.
• Conserve costs by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
