Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose issues from resident work orders, perform preventive maintenance, prepare vacant units, and manage materials while adhering to safety procedures. EPA refrigerant certifications and OSHA knowledge are required, along with a valid driver’s license for on-site mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and maintenance on residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose defects and complete work orders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Manage materials, inventory, and tooling; document work performed.
