Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality. The role focuses on completing work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, and documentation to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, inventory management, and assisting with grounds and common area upkeep. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required as noted in the job

Qualifications

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing, performs inspections and schedules repairs.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments ('make-ready') including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Tracks inventory and orders materials as needed.
• Documents service requests to keep records and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas as directed and supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing where feasible.
