Greystar is hiring a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet safety, appearance, and functionality standards. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready preparations for new move-ins, inventory management, and routine inspections across onsite communities.

The role requires EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
