Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Service Technician for the Durham, NC property. The role performs technical and mechanical tasks to ensure buildings and common areas meet company standards in cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The position requires completing work orders, making-ready tasks for vacant units, maintaining grounds and amenities, and assisting with safety compliance. A valid EPA refrigerant certification and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or Universal are required.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications must be held as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
• Access materials and equipment following procedures; track inventory and notify supervisor for reorders.
