Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Charlotte, NC to maintain buildings, grounds and amenities to Greystar standards. You will perform maintenance, make-readies for new tenants, and support safety and compliance across the property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification Type 1 or II (or Universal) and a valid driver’s license; on-site duties may include rotating on-call schedules and occasional travel between properties.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1 or II (or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on property (golf cart where applicable).
• All state/local certifications as required for Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per standards, diagnosing defects and repairing.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, retrieves materials, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
