Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to maintain property infrastructure, meet safety standards, and support operations across our managed communities. The role involves handling work orders, make-ready tasks, and basic grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities include documenting actions, managing inventory, and assisting in safety compliance. Candidates must hold EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with on-call shifts evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Willingness to work a flexible on-call schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
