Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications must be held.
• Valid driver's license required for on-site golf cart operation.
• State/local certification requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory with supervision for reorders.
