Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality for residents.

You will complete work orders, do make-readies for vacant units, inspect materials, assist with grounds, and support safety programs. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required; evening/weekend call may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on multi-unit properties.
• Ability to complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Makes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Attends safety meetings and follows OSHA and safety policies; inspects contractor work for quality.
• Supports safety, inventory tracking, and proper use of tools and equipment.
