Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will also contribute to make-ready tasks, ensure safety practices, maintain logs, and support daily operations while delivering reliable service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform regular/daily onsite attendance and maintenance in community areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist with make-ready process and ensure repairs/replacements for common areas and units.
