Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with daily maintenance tasks across properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, and cosmetic work, support make-ready efforts, and respond to resident requests under supervision.

On-site attendance and a focus on safety are essential. The role includes maintaining records, following OSHA guidelines, and contributing to a clean, safe community environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform make-ready duties and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safe and organized work areas and keep accurate logs.
