Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance, make-ready, and cosmetic tasks across properties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform on-site maintenance, respond to requests, help manage pool maintenance and logs, uphold safety standards per OSHA, and participate in on-call emergencies to protect residents and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance tasks and on-site upkeep.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain safety, cleaning, and documentation; participate in emergency on-call.
