Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, and assist with make-ready processes to meet operational objectives.

Daily duties include responding to resident requests, maintaining safety standards, keeping records, assisting in on-call emergencies, and upholding EPA/OSHA guidelines while contributing to a well-kept, safe living

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.
• Understanding OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintenance, cosmetic, and make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
