Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community properties with routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance. You will assist with make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and daily upkeep under supervision, ensuring safety and quality in common areas and units.

Regular onsite attendance, timely responses to resident and management requests, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Assist in inspecting and maintaining pools, grounds, and common areas.
• Maintain records of service requests and safety/compliance tasks.
