Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support ongoing maintenance processes at our community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under supervision to meet operational goals.

You will respond to resident and management requests, assist with make-ready and turnover events, inspect property areas, and help maintain logs and safety standards. Strong on-site collaboration is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community.
• Maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop following safety standards.
