Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across the community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring properties meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, pool maintenance with proper chemical logs, and daily exterior upkeep. Requires basic computer skills and knowledge of safety regulations. Some on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazardous conditions or liability concerns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
