Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance processes of our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. Tasks are performed under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure make-ready activities align with operational objectives.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, strong customer service for residents, and adherence to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents.
• Hands-on maintenance experience across residential properties is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic work.
• Support make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders for common areas and units in a timely manner.
