Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, make-ready tasks, and resident-facing service at our communities. This on-site role requires daily attendance, responsiveness to work orders, and adherence to safety and OSHA regulations.

You will assist with scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting while helping maintain clean, safe common areas. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to deliver reliable, quality maintenance

Formación

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency tasks.
• Perform make-ready processes under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and pool; document chemical logs.
• Inspect facilities daily for safety and set up preventative maintenance.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
