Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, daily inspections, safety compliance, and timely response to resident requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/ management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect properties daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
