Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property’s maintenance operations, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role focuses on make-ready work and ensuring the property’s objectives are met under supervision.

You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, maintain grounds and common areas, and participate in on-call emergencies while upholding safety standards and proper documentation.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.

Mansioni

• Community maintenance for the property, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily to identify hazards.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related tasks.
• Maintain safe, organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.

Conoscenze
