Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform routine and preventive tasks, respond to work orders, and assist with make-ready turnover under supervision.

The role requires basic computer skills, OSHA awareness, and adherence to safety and Fair Housing guidelines. On-site work, strong teamwork, and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance on community areas and units.
• Assist in make-ready process and scheduling of maintenance/repair tasks.
• Maintain pool and outdoors areas, including chemical logs and safety compliance.
• Document service requests and maintenance actions in the system.
