Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance operations across the community. You will participate in corrective, preventative and routine tasks under supervision to ensure property quality and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes timely responses, safety practices, and accurate recordkeeping, including pool and grounds maintenance, make-ready activities, and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units promptly.
• Perform preventative, routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events across units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance, and help enforce community policies.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, materials, and inspections.
