Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our properties nationwide. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, respond to resident requests, and help with unit make-readies and turnover.

The role requires attention to safety, OSHA compliance, and basic computer skills for on-site software tasks, with regular on-site attendance and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance duties including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings and units in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks for units and assist in scheduling/preparing maintenance turns.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
