Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work, under supervision. You will help with make-ready tasks and ensure upkeep aligns with property objectives.

The role requires regular onsite attendance, strong safety practices, and excellent resident relations. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with OSHA knowledge beneficial for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are needed to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain maintenance and make-ready tasks for common areas and units.
• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Assist with inventory and supplies as requested.
