Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance processes across our properties. Responsibilities include routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under supervision, along with make-ready duties and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes customer/resident relations, timely work order responses, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing standards in a fast-growing company with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and correct them.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Assist in unit inspections and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
• Enforce community policies and ensure consistent communication with residents and staff.
