Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make-ready processes and routine inspections of common areas and units.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, responsiveness to resident/management requests, adherence to safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and proper record-keeping of service, chemical logs, and maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain pool chemical logs and safety records.
• Assist with make-ready and preventative maintenance.
• Follow Asset Living safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
