Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across our communities, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role emphasizes timely responses to requests and quality workmanship.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance of community common areas, buildings and units.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance and assist in make-ready tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
