Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks to meet operational objectives.

The candidate will maintain safety standards, participate in on-call emergencies, and help ensure timely, quality upkeep of the properties, with strong emphasis on resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair-related turn events and daily upkeep of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleanings and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify and correct hazards.
• Maintain safety, OSHA, and EPA record-keeping and logs.
