Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across our community, performing corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.

Under supervision, you will handle make-ready work, safety practices per OSHA, respond to resident requests, maintain logs, and assist in inventory. A High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and Fair Housing Laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Keep accurate records and logs for maintenance activities and materials.
