Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance operations on-site. You will perform routine and corrective tasks, assist with make-ready, and respond promptly to resident and management requests while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes attendance, knowledge of OSHA guidelines, and basic computer skills to log work orders and track preventive maintenance. A High School diploma and housing laws awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, corrective and cosmetic maintenance.
