Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance at our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to support make-ready tasks and keep common areas safe and functional.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. This on-site role includes on-call duties and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with make-ready process and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Support in on-call emergency coverage and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Document service requests, inspections, and repairs accurately.
