Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key duties include responding to requests, assisting with make-ready, pool and grounds upkeep, and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold standards. A valid high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance in community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and enforce safety standards.
• Carry out on-call emergency duties as required.
