Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our community portfolio. You will handle routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring risk is minimized and standards are met.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent with basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This role is on-site with potential overtime and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and use on-site software/functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance across community, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping across the property.
• Assist in make-ready processes and inventory control.
