Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring make-ready tasks align with property objectives.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site work with on-call responsibilities and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas, including pool and safety practices.
• Keep accurate records for service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and uphold safety standards.
