Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will handle routine, cosmetic, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance under supervision, ensuring safety and quality in common areas and units.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunity for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and repairs across buildings and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist with make-ready, inspections, and inventory management.
• Attend on-call emergency shifts as required.
