Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support ongoing maintenance across its communities. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring the make-ready process aligns with property objectives.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with on-site work and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and daily shop upkeep.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliant practices on site.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and record-keeping for maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies at the community.
