Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will support make-ready processes and maintain safety standards under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site work and on-call duties are involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance in common areas and units.
• Assist with the make-ready process to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety logs.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
