Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance at the property, covering corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will participate in make-ready processes and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to meet operational objectives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Maintain community common areas and units; perform repairs and replacements.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and features to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and assist in scheduling repairs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to incidents.
