Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance across communities. You will assist with make-readies, inspect units, and maintain logs and preventive programs under supervision.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Excellent resident service and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards along with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with make-ready and unit inspections as requested.
• Support on-call emergencies and provide good customer relations.
