Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with on-site maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks across the community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handle make-ready processes, and ensure timely responses to resident requests while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
