Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across the property, handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under supervision, you will assist with make-ready, inspections, and safety compliance, ensuring a well-maintained community for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance/repair-related turn events and daily upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies and maintain records.
