Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across community properties. Under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will support make-ready tasks and respond to work orders.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community buildings and units; respond to requests.
• Maintain swimming pool, grounds, and common areas; keep logs.
• Participate in unit inspections and safety programs.
• Support scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair events.
• On-call emergency support and adherence to safety policies.
