Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's physical conditions, perform preventive maintenance, and complete work orders to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality.

The role involves completing make-ready tasks, inventory control, and documenting all service activities. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends and a valid driver’s license may be required for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II/Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for golf cart operation on property.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, request supplies, and notify supervisor on re-order needs.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately for records.
• Assist in grounds and common areas upkeep including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
