Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and service residential properties. You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, and execute make-readies for new residents. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience and may prefer Lease-Up or Happy Co background.

EPA certifications and a valid driver's license may be needed for property access. Role involves outdoor/indoor work, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous property maintenance experience required.
• Lease-Up and Happy Co experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Follows procedures to access and obtain materials and track inventory.
• Completes documentation to document service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing parts instead of replacing when possible.
