Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support ongoing property maintenance, safety, and responsive resident service. You will help with routine, cosmetic, and preventive tasks under supervision, participate in make-ready activities, and assist in daily upkeep of the grounds and facilities.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and basic computer skills, plus familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and common areas with attention to safety and quality.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Support make-ready process and unit turn events as needed.
• Assist with inventory, records, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support on-call emergency coverage and safety compliance.
