Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our community portfolio. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and respond to on-site requests under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and minimize liability.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with safety, inventory, and record-keeping duties.
