Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves diagnosing defects, performing repairs, and supporting resident services on a busy property.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, making-ready tasks for new moves, inventory handling, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• All state and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections, punch list, scheduling and supplies.
• Track inventory and return unused items; notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document and maintain accurate service records for requests and inspections.
• Assist in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning and painting as needed.
