Job summary

Greystar seeks a skilled maintenance professional to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and help prepare vacant units for leasing while coordinating with contractors as needed.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, tracking inventory, and documenting all maintenance activities. You will support safety programs and contribute to cost-effective operations across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Prepare vacant apartments and manage the make-ready tasks.
• Track inventory and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Document service requests and maintain accurate records for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as required.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
