Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring physical property standards are met. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and maintain service records on a 5-day schedule with on-call rotation.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to operate on an on-site property in a garden-style community. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory; notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service activities timely and accurately; tracks requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible and following safety procedures.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
